Meet The Team

Stacy Pleaze, MSW, LCSW-C

With an extensive career spanning over 25 years in the field of human services, Stacy has accumulated a wealth of experience in diverse settings across multiple states. Her transformative journey led her to Baltimore County and its neighboring areas, where she is dedicated to serving the local communities.

Vonda Pittman

Office Coordinator, FSC

Vonda Pittman brings over 20 years of experience in the human services field to Renewing Me Behavioral Health Solutions. She began her career working with Catholic Charities foundations, where she developed a passion for helping others. She worked as a Child Care specialist for two well known group homes in Maryland, The Childrens Home and The Woodbourne Center. Her love for her work grew and she studied to earn a certification from the Community College of Baltimore County, as a Child Care specialist. During her time here, she earned accolades such as Dean’s List. She continued to work in this field until she realized she wanted to expand her career into the administrative sector of organizations and facilities founded to help troubled youth. Vonda worked as an administrative specialist and office assistant for The Children’s Home for nine years. Her career came to a halt when her mom’s diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis began to take a turn. Vonda left her position to care for her mother full time. Since her mom’s passing, she has returned to the work force with this extensive experience and a stronger passion to care for and help others.

Shannon Gillespie

Rehabilitation Specialist

As a rehabilitation Specialist, I will be working closely with the people that we serve and their families to build Person-Centered, Strength Based Rehabilitation Plans, including the initial assessment. Working closely with persons served also means working closely with our PRP counselors to ensure quality services and documentation through training, guidance, and supervision. I have been in the Human Services field for 33 years, working in both ID and BH. I am proud to say that I have worked in every position from Direct Care and Job Coach to Executive Director in both PRP and RRP and ID Residential Programs. Being a Rehab Specialist has been one of my favorite positions, if not my very favorite position. Connecting with those that we serve is very important to me, as well as QA, and compliance, for which I also have a passion. I also appreciate the work life balance that being a Rehab Specialist offers. I have a consulting and accreditation company with two partners, and we stay very busy. Expanding my knowledge and skill set is important to me. I have recently become a TREM facilitator and look forward to using that new skill set. I love living in Baltimore City, and I am blessed to have a large support group of family and friends for which I am eternally grateful.

The best things in life are the places we have been, the people we have loved, and the memories we have made.
